Good news for Sequim land owners in 2018!

RisingĀ  market & land values continue in 2018, but for how long?

In 2017 both real estate overall and land sales in Clallam County are up compared to last year albeit at a lower rate of increase, land sales volume rose 16%.

After a decade long buyers market land sales finally increased 26% in 2015 and 20% in 2016.

When markets increase in volume other good things happen for sellers such as rising median prices or value and narrowing gaps between asking and selling prices. Most importantly inventory is lower; under 420 listings and this allows sellers some advantage in price negotiations due to the powerful economic law of supply and demand.
